Assembly Manufacturing Supervisor
Position Summary
The assembly production supervisor plays a fundamental role, since he is responsible for supervising the production process of the manual and automatic area (average of 200 operators and 4 group leaders) and ensuring that it runs smoothly and effectively. meeting Safety, People, Quality, Volume and Cost objectives. This position requires a combination of technical and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage employees and meet production objectives.
Your Role

Compliance with the daily production plan. Monitor daily production operations to ensure efficient production

Monitor production schedules and adjust them as necessary to meet customer demand.

Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.

Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and apply necessary corrective measures.

Collaborate with management to set production objectives and establish goals for the production team.

Meet the overtime budget.

Meet the quality objective for complaints, FTQ, CoPQ of the plant.

Development of personnel in charge.

Monitoring and execution of safety systems, people, quality and defined operations.

Continuous improvement to achieve results and optimize the operation. Analyze production data and reports to identify areas of improvement and apply strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Your Background

Education: Industrial engineering or similar

Required Experience: 3 years in a similar position in the automotive industry
