Tasks
- You will develop Android Automotive applications that go hand in hand with Porsche infotainment systems
- You will work in an agile environment
- You will work with highly innovative proof of concepts
- You will use Atlassian stack: Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, and Bamboo for task management, documenting solutions, building and versioning the code
- You will collaborate with international project teams
- You will continuously discover and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technologies/Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related fields
- You have experience in Android Automotive programming
- You have knowledge of Android UI /UX design principles and patterns
- You have an eagerness to learn new technologies
- You have experience working with large distributed teams
- You have Kotlin programming skills using the Google Android SDK
- Your previous work experience with interacting with cloud systems is considered a plus
- You have good knowledge in agile software development; skilled in the use of tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git
- You speak English fluently and German language is considered a plus
- You have astrong attitude for team play and international working environment
- Having several years of experience in this role is considered as a plus

Nardò Technical Center in Puglia—since 2012 operated by Porsche Engineering Group GmbH—develops and tests connected and intelligent vehicles of the future. Founded in 1975, it now operates more than 20 test tracks and test facilities on more than 700 hectares and employs more than 200 people. Nardò Technical Center offers state-of-the-art engineering services for testing the vehicles of more than 90 automotive companies worldwide. Nardò Technical Center's high-speed ring in Salento is unique in the world with a length of 12.6 kilometers, allowing vehicles to be tested under extreme conditions. Throughout its history, Nardò Technical Center has hosted tests of considerable importance, in several cases setting records of international significance.
