Relevant directement du chef de section des systèmes de moteur, APU (Groupe de Puissance Auxiliaire) et manettes de gaz A220 (ABIEP2), au sein du Centre de Compétence (CoC) du bureau d’étude de Mirabel, le titulaire du poste occupera un poste d’intégrateur de système Moteur. L’intégrateur sera appelé à travailler sur une variété d'activités d'ingénierie concernant l'introduction de nouvelles variantes, les actions correctives et les améliorations du produit A220, ainsi que l’interface avec les différents Centre de Compétences (CoC) à travers Airbus sur d’autres plateformes de façon à assurerez que les meilleur pratiques, expérience et technologies sont considéré. Les champs de responsabilité principaux de l'intégrateur seront les moteurs du A220 ainsi que la manette des gaz.
Dans votre rôle, vous devrez :

Familiariser avec les fonctionnalités et les exigences des moteurs, de la manette gaz et de l’APU du A220

Participer aux réunions d'intégration technique et collaborer avec d'autres départements multifonctionnels.

Gérer les activités & risques du fournisseur en ligne avec les directives du programme
-
Performer l'exécution des tâches d'ingénierie.

Préparer les documents justificatifs de certification
-
Supporter les revues avec les délégués autorisés du système

Gérer les activités en fonction des priorités, des délais et des coûts
En tant que candidat idéal,
-
Vous possédez au minimum un diplôme 1er cycle universitaire en génie mécanique ou aérospatial.

Vous comptez au moins 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans l’industrie aérospatiale.
-
Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances techniques des moteurs d’avion et des APU.
-
Vous êtes familier avec les outils et les processus administratifs d’ingénierie

Vous aimerez travailler dans un environnement d'équipe dynamique et êtes motivé
-
Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en communication et êtes capable de travailler avec des fournisseurs dont la principale langue de travail est l'anglais.

Vous êtes disponible pour des déplacements occasionnels aux Etats-unis et en Europe.

La connaissance des règlements de Navigabilité Chapitre 525 et 533 sont un atout

Reporting directly to the A220 engine, TQA (Throttle Quadrant Assembly) & APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) systems section chief (ABIEP2), within the Mirabel Design Office Center of Competence (CoC), the candidate will occupy an engine system integrator position. The integrator will be called upon to work on a variety of engineering activities concerning the introduction of new variants, corrective actions and improvements of the A220 product, as well as interface with the different Center of Competence (CoC) across Airbus on other platforms to ensure best practices, experience and technologies are considered. the main area of responsibility of the Integrator will be the main engines hardware and the TQA
In your role, you will:

Become familiar with the functionalities and requirements of the A220 main engines, TQA and APU systems
-
Participate in technical integration meetings and collaborate with other cross-functional departments
-
Manage supplier activities & risks in line with program guidelines
-
Perform the execution of engineering tasks
-
Prepare supporting documents for certification
-
Support reviews with design authorized delegates (DAD) of the system
-
Manage activities according to priorities, deadlines and costs
As our ideal candidate,
-
You have at least an undergraduate degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
-
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry
-
You have a good knowledge of aircraft turbine engines.

You are familiar with engineering administrative tools and processes
-
You will enjoy working in a dynamic team environment and are motivated
-
You have good communication skills and are able to work with suppliers whose main working language is English. Speaking French is an asset.

You are available for occasional business trips in the USA or Europe.

Knowledge of Airworthiness regulations Chapter 525 and 533 is an asset
