Description and Requirements

We are seeking an Aftersales Projects and Strategy Intern to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at achieving AfterSales objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness across various business processes, fostering collaboration between Porsche AG and Porsche Cars North America, and conducting due diligence and project evaluations.
 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the execution of multiple projects.
  • Gather requirements from business units to develop data analytics tools and reports.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of new initiatives by piloting innovative features within Porsche's AfterSales Systems Landscape.
  • Organize, conduct, and execute workshop activities to bring ideas and initiatives to fruition, with meticulous documentation throughout the process.
  • Maintain and expand the department's Confluence space to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Develop comprehensive process diagrams for stakeholders to illustrate changes, enhancements, and other relevant information.
  • Develop and distribute communications to update PCNA dealer body.
  • Provide real-time phone support to PCNA dealers for troubleshooting and inquiries.
     

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Junior or Senior standing in undergraduate studies.
     

Skills:

  • Work closely with various product teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical designs and requirements, and construct scalable and sustainable enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Assist in demonstrating proof of concepts and presenting them to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to create process diagrams (e.g., BPMNs) to effectively document processes and changes.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly in SCRUM, showcasing effective collaboration within an Agile work environment.
  • Showcase strong collaboration abilities with multiple groups on various levels.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of data warehousing fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in utilizing large-scale data for optimizing reporting solutions, including report generation. Expertise in relational/dimensional database design and the creation of reporting data marts is highly preferred.
  • Must demonstrate organizational skills, positivity, proactiveness, results-oriented mindset, and excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
