Roles & responsibilities
Parts, Tequipment, Porsche Lifestyle, Classic management
- Foster growth in all Aftersales revenue fields: Porsche Original Parts (parts), Porsche Tequipment (TEQ = accessories), Porsche Lifestyle (PLX = boutique), Porsche Classic (spare parts)
- Develop ideas to increase workshop labor sales, warranty extension penetration and other services
- Update and monitor Porsche parts pricing in liaison with PAG and importers
- Coordinate target revenue planning for all part lines with PAG and regional managers
- Derive individual importer targets based on performance and potential
- Provide product support, trainings, communication and evaluate sales potential for new products
- Monitor and escalate parts backorder situation and development
- Develop and pilot customer loyalty measures to increase retention
Aftersales Marketing
- Manages a dedicated marketing budget for these tasks and to achieve the aftersales department’s revenue, customer experience and employee motivation.
- Develop and implement Service Marketing measures and activities including the creating of material and/or adaptation of existing assets from PAG or other Porsche offices
- Develop and execute importer specific marketing concepts for all business fields
- Support optimization of AS customer Journey through PPN toolbox & Customer Journey Challenge
- Coordinate automation processes with CRM department to implement proactive of service reminders
- Monitor and coordinate marketing measures in and from the markets, communicate best business practices throughout the region
- Coordinate and interact with Marketing agencies of PLA and importers
- Organize regular Workshops and Conferences with importers to communicate business strategies
- Support and implement global Aftersales Excellence Award /PACE
- Generate bi-monthly Aftersales newsletter for the region
KPI Management / Reporting
- Establish KPI, monitoring, reporting and analytics process to monitor dealer performance
- Manage biz dev. Team composed of Business Intelligence Specialist and Intern
- Align & coordinate with regional managers to optimize data and KPI reports to effectively manage the markets and make informed decisions
- Implement balanced score card to measure and improve key quantitative & qualitative indicators
- Monitor, review and highlight monthly KPI performance and discuss with AS team
- Track individual market development and ensure data quality
- Prepare importer rankings and performance reports linked to running incitive programs
- Prepare other specific / regular reports & analysis (e.g. weekly parts back-order report)
- Set up & maintain digital concept and develop guidelines for PLX online stores / retail opportunities
Further Responsibilities
- Actively participate and present in PLA and AS conferences
- Manage selection process of AS Business Development Intern
- Participation in central Porsche AG events related to AS Business Development and Marketing
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Masters degree desired.
Experience:
- 5 years of Automotive Sales, Marketing, Service or Business Development work experience
- Thorough understanding of automotive Aftersales operations (also parts & accessory sales)
- Experience in retail marketing and managing agencies
- Track record of working with international markets and different cultures, especially Latin America
- Luxury / premium sales, service or brand management experience preferred
- Consulting / project management background and mindset preferred
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish mandatory, German optional
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects
- Analytical thinking with ability to formulate the problem & initiate resolution process
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to set and meet strict deadlines
- Self-motivator who can work independently without supervision
- Ability to manage and motivate others effectively

Physical requirements:
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud.
Percentage of required travel: approx. 15%
Schedule/Shift: 40 weekly hours
