This individual will directly address technical issues, oversee case management, and ensure the efficient resolution of inquiries related to vehicle diagnostics, tools, and operations. The Technical Support Lead will also play a key role in maintaining service quality, training dealership staff, and improving processes to enhance overall support effectiveness.

Manage standards
Create and update maintenance work instructions for its perimeter, using e-WorkStation & PM+.
This position is in charge of complying with the Predictive/Preventive and Corrective maintenance programs of the production equipment as well as ensuring that the efficiency of their equipment, bottlenecks, is at a minimum OEE of 80%

JOB DESCRIPTION
Leads and directs the plants preventative and correction maintenance activities to allow for efficient operations. Analyzes production equipment to prevent costs associated with unexpected machine downtime and to identify opportunities for improvements. Assists senior management with plant improvements and expansions. Maintenance Managers supporting medium/small org size plants will often be found to be associated with this level. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 Years suggested minimum experience. #LI-MG1
