User Research Manager

What you'll do
We are looking for a User Research Manager who will report of the Head of User Research and will lead a team of multi-disciplinary research professionals focused on experience that support our marketing and operations teams, and help people have a better experience owning a car. Some of the experiences include the Volvo Cars website, the Driving journal features in the app and the how people order a service on their car.

You will mentor and development of a diverse set of researchers that will work closely with various product teams. You will have a strong collaboration with design and product partners and can push for the right level of research. You will guide your teams to be curious, responsive and impactful, helping the product team make customer centric decisions quickly, using the right process for the questions at hand. You will be part of the broader Research community, championing efficient and correct process and driving data-informed decisions.

What you'll bring
Proven experience in UX research and experienceof leading multi-disciplinary researchteams

Experience in working with design, product, marketing and engineeringteams

Good knowledge of design processes and different userresearch techniques

Skilled in collecting various data, creating cohesive insights, and presenting them clearly

Have experience with managing stakeholders in large and complexorganizations

Have contributed extensively to strategy and planning

Have a proven experience in delivering research outputs on time andcontributingto informing and shaping the vision of key stakeholders

Speak and write fluent English

Location
