Student Intern - Repair Validation Operations

Warranty Group of America (WGA) is currently looking for a Summer Intern to join our Repair Validation Operations team in Franklin, TN.  This role will be responsible for leading a digital project from the initial business planning, to development and finally to pilot and launch. 

Job functions Include but are not limited to:

  • Capture and record business needs to support the project
  • Work cross-functionally to keep project development on schedule
  • Create user guide for end user of project
  • Map and maintain systems logic and work flow charts
  • Create status reports and communicate to internal/external management
  • Complete and present milestone documents to internal/external leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset to identify creative solutions for difficult problems
  • Ability to manage a project to the desired conclusion
  • Highly motivated, self-directed with ability to lead a cross-functional team
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Power Point and Excel to produce non-standard, creative products
  • Dealership experience preferred but not required
