Purpose of the role:
As a Banqueting Floor Manager you will deliver a consistent and professional conference or banqueting experience that is memorable and leaves members and their guests feeling highly satisfied. will be based in our stunning and palatial Pall Mall clubhouse. Offering a luxurious environment Pall Mall is home to a variety of events including conferences, committee events, private parties and weddings. We average over 40,000 covers a year in banqueting alone.

- Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Good interpersonal skills
- Highly presentable with good communication skills
- Team player
Minimum experience required:
- Previous experience in banqueting environment working to tight deadlines
- Demonstrable experience of managing casual staff and organising schedules
- Basic food hygiene certificate
- NVQ or equivalent in Food Service or Customer Service desirable
